Eric Czerlonka is the founder and CEO of Czerlonka Event Design and Management, a global leader in luxury and incentive travel. Known for creating unforgettable experiences around the world, Eric has built a reputation for designing journeys that inspire top performers and redefine what luxury travel can feel like.

 

Eric’s career began in elite hospitality, from leading catering operations at Chicago’s iconic Navy Pier to producing high-profile events during his tenure with The Ritz-Carlton in Boston and Los Angeles. Today, alongside his handpicked team of travel experts, Eric curates bespoke experiences across nearly every continent, where private concerts, extraordinary culinary moments, and rare cultural access become part of the journey itself.
