Czerlonka “Road to 20K” Instagram Referral Contest
Official Terms & Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Sponsor
The “Road to 20K” Instagram Referral Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Czerlonka Event Design & Management (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on June 5th at 7:00 PM EST and ends on June 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (“Contest Period”).
Entries received after the Contest Period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
To participate:

Follow @Czerlonka on Instagram.

Encourage new users to follow @Czerlonka.

Each new follower must send a direct message to @Czerlonka identifying the Instagram account that referred them.
Only referrals from new followers gained during the Contest Period will count toward the Contest.
The referring participant with the highest number of verified new follower referrals during the Contest Period will be selected as the winner.
Limit one referral credit per new verified follower.
5. Verification & Fraud Prevention
Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries and referrals.
Fake accounts, duplicate accounts, bots, purchased followers, spam activity, or any attempt to manipulate the Contest will result in immediate disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
If multiple participants claim the same referral, Sponsor will determine the valid referral based on message timestamps and account verification.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, referrals, and winner selection are final.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
A Utah Travel Experience currently scheduled for July 13-17 2026 for the winner and one (1) guest selected by the winner from among the individuals they referred during the Contest Period.
The Utah Travel Experience includes:

Four (4) nights (double occupancy) accommodations at The Montage Deer Valley

Two (2) hosted dinners (excluding alcohol)

One (1) hosted activity per day
-
Round-trip ground transportation between the airport and hotel
Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $6245.00
Prize details, travel dates, accommodations, activities, and inclusions are subject to availability and may change at Sponsor’s discretion.
Airfare, alcoholic beverages, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance, and any items not specifically listed above are not included unless otherwise stated.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted through Instagram direct message within seven (7) days following the conclusion of the Contest.
If the winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, photographs, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, partners, employees, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:

technical failures,

interrupted internet connections,

Instagram platform issues,
-
lost or delayed entries,
-
or unauthorized intervention affecting the Contest.
10. Instagram Disclaimer
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Instagram.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.
12. Right to Modify or Cancel
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
